Return Policy


Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery if you choose standard shipping at checkout. Please also allow 2-3 business days processing before you receive your valid tracking information.


We want you to be completely satisfied with your order!

Items purchased from are eligible for a refund if returned within 30 days of purchase. We only accept returns purchased from and cannot process merchandise from a physical store or one our stockists. All returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked as FINAL SALE, in which case they are also not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Once we receive the product, we will credit your original payment method with the cost of what you paid for the returned product excluding the price of shipping. 

If you would like to exchange for a new size, color, or style we ask that you return your original items for a refund and place a new order through


1. You MUST include the packing slip with your (item(s) or your return/ exchange cannot be processed.
2. Circle the items being returned and mark the appropriate return code. 
3. Securely and seal your item(s) and invoice in an appropriate shipping box.

Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status. Also, please allow up to 10 business days for us to receive and process refunds once delivered.

To receive credit, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

If you'd like to cancel your order, please email us at as quickly as possible. If your order has already been fulfilled and you have received shipping confirmation, please refer to our return policy above.

Please note that if you paid via PayPal and you request to cancel, you may incur PayPal's transaction fee.


If you received the wrong item you can send it back to us and we will replace it with the correct one. All items should be sent back using USPS First Class or Priority Mail, you will receive a refund for the shipping cost.


Please note that we do ship items separately, and mark them on your packing slip if they will be arriving in multiple packages.

However, if your package is delivered with missing items from your order, then please email so we can quickly get your issue resolved.
